Robert Q Airbus Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of transportation from Robert Q Airbus. They also appear in their entirety on our e-tickets.
EXTRA CHARGES APPLY TO ALL EXCESS BAGGAGE
Robert Q's luggage policy is as follows:
Each ADULT is allowed 1 carry on (9"x16"x22") and 2 suitcases. Each suitcase is not to exceed 66"/168 cm. in overall length, width, and height and must not weigh more than 70 lbs. (32 kilos).
Each CHILD is allowed 1 carry on (9"x16"x22") and 1 suitcase. This suitcase is not to exceed 66"/168 cm. in overall length, width, and height and must not weigh more than 70 lbs. (32 kilos).
There may be additional charges for trunks, skis, bikes, golf clubs, containers, snow boards, etc.
Robert Q Airbus reserves the right to refuse to carry excess baggage that is not prearranged.
Please note that Robert Q Airbus does not track flight information.
We are not responsible for delayed or early fights.
Should your flight be delayed and you do not meet your scheduled bus in time, you will be placed on a space available basis for the next scheduled departure.
If you are travelling in North America, and know that your flight will be delayed, we strongly recommend you advise our Reservations Department toll free at 1-800-265-4948.
Robert Q Cancellation and Changes Policy
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to departure in order to receive a full refund. This includes the home pick up and drop off portion of the booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are subject to a $10.00 per person administration fee. The balance of the non refundable portion of the reservation will be issued in the form of a Robert Q Airbus gift card to be used within 1 year from the date of issue towards future travel with Robert Q Airbus.
Passengers who do not show up for a departure do not receive a credit or refund.
Changes
No penalties apply for changes made to a reservation. All changes must be made prior to departure.
Please note: To protect the privacy of our customers, no information will be given to third parties unless they are able to provide Robert Q with your confirmation code.
CONDITIONS
ROBERT Q'S AIRBUS INC. (hereinafter called Robert Q's Airbus) cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental resulting from:
(a) the act of omission of any party other than Robert Q's Airbus or its employees;
(c) your failure to follow instructions including baggage handling, check-in and check-out times, but not limited to, our Airbus pickup points at the Toronto International Airport, Detroit Metro Airport, and in the cities we offer service.
(d) Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered. Robert Q's Airbus reserves the right to cancel or alter the travel services at its discretion. In the event of complete cancellation Robert Q's Airbus shall only be liable to refund all monies paid.
Robert Q's Airbus expressly reserves the right to reject any person at any time before and during the trip if Robert Q's Airbus deems his or her conduct detrimental to the harmony or comfort of the trip. A refund covering the unused portion of the trip will be made without further obligation, responsibility or liability on the part of Robert Q's Airbus.
It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all documentation required by U.S. or Canadian Customs. Robert Q's Airbus cannot and will not accept responsibility for passengers denied entry into the U.S. or Canada. Because incorrect documentation is beyond Robert Q's Airbus' control, no refunds will be allowed nor will Robert Q's Airbus reimburse for any costs associated with documentation or customs difficulties.
