APIS: Advance Passenger Information System
Robert Q Airbus is working very closely with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to forward advance passenger documentation information prior to our bus arrival. At this time we forward pre-arrival manifest data on all Detroit passengers and drivers to the border security officers prior to arrival so they have extra time to process and enhance security.

All Detroit bound passengers will be requested to provide documentation information in advance by phone while others will be asked at check in depending on where you meet our bus.

The APIS program has been in effect for air and cruise passengers for a few years and now APIS is in effect for land crossing as well. It is very helpful to Robert Q to add the additional names in the reservation system if there is more than one passenger going to Detroit.

Internet Explorer 7
If you have upgraded your Internet Explorer to IE7 we must be added to your safe list so your reservation can be made. Here's how to do it...
1. Click Tools
2. Click Pop up blocker
3. Click Pop up blocker settings
4. Type the address for the reservation program ( https://reservation.robertq.com/Reservation.exe ) in the "Address of website to allow" box.
5. Click the Add button
6. Click the Close button

Online Reservation Tip
You may edit(change) any reservation you've made online as long as you have more than 24 hours before departure (48 hours if you are being picked up at home). You must log into the reservation system, place your confirmation code in the "Quick Jump" box select edit from the drop down menu and then click the "Go" button. You may then make the changes to your reservation. After you've made the changes click the "Apply payment" button. If there is a difference in fare you will then be able to enter your credit card number to cover any additional charges or you will be advised of the amount which will be refunded to your card. If there is no change in your fare or you are due a refund you must still click the "Done" button for the changes to be saved. If you want to confirm your changes you may once again put your confirmation number in the "Quick Jump" box this time selecting Confirm/View from the drop down menu and then click the "Go" button.
