When checking your gift card balance, you will be required to supply a 19 digit card number and 6 security digits. These numbers are located on the back of your card in the following format: 1234567890123456789 - 123456. To check your balance, visit https://giftcard.eigendev.com.

Robert Q Airbus Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. This Gift Card ("Card") may be used towards the purchase of a Robert Q Airbus ticket (reservation, charter, excess baggage charges) at the 105 Wharncliffe Road S. location or by phone at either 1-800-265-4948 or 519-673-6804. This Card is not redeemable or refundable for cash nor is it a debit or credit card. This Card cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. Refunds when applicable will be reapplied to the Card. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to departure in order to receive the refund to your gift card.

2. By using this Card, the Customer is deemed to have received notice of and to have agreed to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. Robert Q Airbus reserves the right to change or amend this agreement in whole or in part at any time by posting such changes or amendments on this web page.

3. Purchases are deducted from the Card until the balance reaches zero dollars. If the value of the Card is less than the amount of the total purchase, the balance of the purchase price must be paid in order to complete the purchase. If the value of the Card is greater than the amount of the total purchase, the remaining Card balance will remain on the card and may be used for future purchases. The Card is in Canadian dollars.

4. If this Card is lost, destroyed, misplaced or stolen, it will not be replaced. If this Card is not functional, a new Card will be issued in the amount of the available balance on the Card at the time the Card is replaced. Gift cards that are purchased do not have an expiration date. The Card may be reloaded with additional money.

5. The Card is the property of Robert Q Airbus and shall be returned upon request, Robert Q Airbus will not accept this Card if it has been obtained by fraud or theft and reserves the right to cancel the Card.

6. These terms and conditions will govern the use of the Card by the Holder/Recipient and all subsequent known or unknown recipients or holders of the Card.

7. These terms and conditions and their application and interpretation will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and are subject to change without notice.

8. Ensure that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the sale purchased with this card.
