If your conference has been pre-registered, Robert Q Airbus can offer conference delegates a special conference fare as well as pick up and drop off service at most major London hotels, at the University of Western Ontario, the London Convention Centre, and the major conference centres in the city.

We recommend reserving your seats at least one week prior in order to be able to access the best available times. You will need your conference code at the time of booking in order to receive your special conference rate.

CHARTERS:
Robert Q Airbus can handle everything from your airport arrival, charters while you are in town and getting you back to the airport in time to board you return flight. Our nine to seventeen passenger vehicles are available for in-city shuttles (Christmas Parties, Weddings, etc.) and also for sightseeing tours in Ontario (Blue Jays Games, Niagara Falls, etc.)
